Geralynn Patellaro has conducted and coached other investigators in over one thousand workplace investigations. Matters involve harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace issues. Interviewees range from CEO’s to individual contributors.

She conducts investigations with integrity and sensitivity. Her international experience, foreign language skills, and mediation background enhance the quality of her investigations. Employees regularly comment that her professional yet personal style puts them at ease during difficult discussions.  

Ms. Patellaro also has trained Human Resources professionals and attorneys on conducting effective, objective, and unbiased investigations. She is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and life-long learner who continually strives for excellence, including attending the distinguished AWI Institute, T9 Mastered course, and various programs focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
